TRI-CON
Due to the many special technical features of the product, such as the conical sealing element, which consists of a lamella seal and a stainless steel sealing seat, the TRI-CON series becomes a universally applicable product for many different applications.
These fittings are used for exhaust gases, liquids, hot water or steam at low and high temperature ranges of up to 815°C. Other important areas of application are the chemical and petrochemical industry – especially in critical applications.
TRI-CHECK
The TRI-CHECK series check valves are based on the same triple eccentric geometry as the TRI-CON series shut-off valves. By opening and closing the flap without friction, natural wear is minimized.
The technical principle of sealing by means of a lamella seal on a floating, self-centering disc makes it possible to guarantee the requirements for 100% tightness.
TRI-BLOCK
The TRI-BLOCK series enables redundant shut-off in an armature housing. Two shut-off valves of the TRI-CON series, with the proven 3-fold eccentric, metallic sealing principle and an integrated intermediate relaxation (bleed port), make it possible to realize them in one valve.
This fitting makes it possible to replace the solution, which is commonly used in practice, with the use of two shut-off valves and one connector with only one. The fact that only one drive is needed is also of great importance.
TRI-SHARK
The standard fitting with the specially designed Sharktooth attachment achieves an identical lyre characteristic and thus a significant improvement in the adjustment ratio. There are also major advantages in the minimization of cavitation and volume level as well as reduction of dynamic torques. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, be it low temperatures from up to -196°C up to +815°C. The valves can also be used for media in the aggregate states liquid, gaseous or vapor-shaped without any problems.
